The problem with commercial reporting

Teams can see the numbers — but not the commercial reality behind them.

Unagreed value is visible but not understood

Teams see the number, but not whether it is recoverable, uncertain or already exposed.

Action depends too much on local knowledge

Next steps sit in emails, spreadsheets or memory — creating delay and inconsistency.

Senior review arrives too late

By the time leadership sees the issue, the opportunity to influence the outcome has reduced.

  • a buyer, investor or successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection. Depending on the destination and circumstances, this may include adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, improve performance and support security. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it through an appropriate cookie mechanism.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect site functionality.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, although this will not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
